Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our development team. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Type Script for front‑end development and C#/.NET for back‑end services.
- Build, enhance, and support secure, scalable REST APIs and service integrations that meet business and technical requirements.
- Lead or contribute to technical design discussions, making sound architecture decisions that support maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, engineering, and business partners to translate requirements into high‑quality technical solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including secure coding, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows, to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
- Use Git Hub and related development tools to support version control, collaboration, and efficient engineering workflows.
- Leverage AI‑assisted development tools appropriately to improve productivity while validating AI‑generated output for correctness, security, maintainability, and alignment with engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing durable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and constructive code reviews.
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience building and supporting production web applications.
- Strong front‑end development experience with React and Type Script, including component‑based architecture, state management, and responsive UI development.
- Strong back‑end development experience with C# and .NET, building secure, scalable REST APIs and service integrations.
- Proficiency with relational databases and data access patterns, including schema design, query optimization, and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with version control and collaborative development workflows using Git Hub.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Claude Code to support developer productivity, code generation, and technical workflows.
- Understanding of AI‑assisted development and review best practices, including validating AI‑generated output, applying secure coding standards, and maintaining human accountability for code quality and correctness.
- Hands‑on experience with automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software delivery.
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building maintainable, high‑performance applications.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating effectively with product, design, QA, and other cross‑functional teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
