Location:

This is a 100% onsite role in Las Vegas, NV. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
- Understand and reverse engineer existing applications to support enhancements and modernization initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Support WMS-related configurations, integrations, customizations, and workflow automation.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor development team members.
- Support testing cycles, deployments, production releases, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Drive application performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Engineering role.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Golang (Go) development.
- Experience building and supporting RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
. - Strong understanding of databases, integrations, and software architecture principles.
- Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to remain hands‑on while leading technical initiatives.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations, including:
- Inventory Management
- Order Processing
- Picking & Packing
- Shipping & Receiving
- Fulfillment Operations
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, retail, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with cloud technologies and containerized deployments is a plus.
