Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Java Microservices and Spring Boot Developer who lays out the foundation for all the applications that our organization develops. This developer can integrate systems, design a database, and build jobs for scheduled tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Build high performance, new services that are defect free
• Analyze existing code, find and implement improvements
• Drive the resolution of problems found in existing applications
• Design and build jobs using code, SQL, and scripting
• Work with front-end developers to build complete, end-to-end systems
• Manage and maintain code base in Git

Qualifications:

• Familiar with coding patterns, both object-oriented and procedural
• Stakeholder & Communication Management:
  Manage communication with stakeholders, team members, and other departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Produce timely reports on program status to senior leadership
• Lead and guide cross-functional teams and support project managers
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program
• Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success
• Evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices
• Monitor profitability and ensure alignment of deliverables with the program's desired outcomes
