The role involves hands-on development, troubleshooting, collaboration on features and fixes, and adapting quickly to changing priorities.

• Assist in website and internal tool development using AI-assisted development platforms
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems and applications
• Collaborate with the team on new features, fixes, and ongoing projects
• Learn and apply internal tools, codebase, and processes
• Proactively bring ideas and take initiative on problems
• Adapt quickly as priorities and projects shift

• Must currently reside in Las Vegas, NV
• Experience with vibe-coding platforms (required)
• Experience with prompt engineering using models such as Claude or Grok (required)
• Experience with Claude Code (or similar) highly preferred
• Experience with enterprise design, debugging, and deployment (required)
• Experience with SQL and database design/tuning highly preferred
• Experience with  or other API integration platforms (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, coachability, and a strong work ethic
