Greet and seat guests at the pool and fitness entrance providing high-level guest service;
Lead and train recreation attendants to meet Forbes 5 Star standards;
Coordinate with management on protocols, standards, and scheduling for recreation area activities;
Maintain pool and fitness equipment, cleanliness, and inventory; ensure a consistently delightful guest experience;
Assist with cabana bookings, spa packages, and promotional activities at the resort
