Southridge High School seeks a person with strong character to help build a successful and positive program.

• High ethical and professional standards
• Treat players, staff and opponents with respect and have the ability to foster a positive culture
• The ability to be a positive leader in a football program, developing and instructing young athletes academically, physically and emotionally.
• Communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders through various methods, including athletes, parents, families/staff and public relations.
• Technical knowledge of football strategy, staff management, skill development and coaching techniques.
• Experience managing a budget and organizing fundraisers to ensure the program and athletes have the ability to be successful

• Formation for teams, organizing practices and clear communication about expectations with players and coaches.
• Tracking academic progress of student athletes.
• Monitoring summer training and off season work‑outs
• Continue to improve through professional development.
• Developing and overseeing the Southridge Football Youth Program
• Hiring and developing assistant coaches

Salary will be determined by experience and the Beaverton School District certified staff contract.

Qualified applicants would have 3+ years at the varsity level and be willing to become a member of our community.
