About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics Lead to join our growing team at Creech Air Force Base, NV. The role of the Logistics Lead plays a crucial part in deploying and sustaining our products in our customer’s hands.
The Logistics team has built a white glove service that is responsible for developing and executing Anduril’s strategy to deliver and sustain hardware and software to our customers where it is both mission critical and logistically challenging. This will require a breadth of understanding logistics, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, a deep appreciation for details, and the ability to learn new subject matters quickly.
As you execute on site management of logistics for our customers and team members, you have the unique opportunity to improve and grow our logistics capabilities. You will be charged with helping Anduril teams solve exceptional challenges, unblocking issues, and establishing procedures, all with the intention of making sure our customers missions are being met.
- Own, plan, and execute across all elements of logistics and material management to support the on-site Anduril team and USAF partners at Creech Air Force Base
- Execute at the tactical level daily, while maintaining a long-term strategic focus to forecast needs and develop plans to proactively solve challenges
- Logistics Support:
Coordinate with Anduril teams and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of required items. Process and own shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory management in support of maintenance operations at the Anduril location on Creech Air Force Base - Inventory management:
Oversee storage, organization, accuracy and inventory control through routine inventory counts and accurate tracking of all material movement and issuing. Issue parts and tools to the floor as required - Spares management:
Collaborate with the on-site operations team, supply chain operations partners, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate levels of materials are on hand to sustain maintenance and flight operations. Analyze data to implement minimum/maximum quantities and re-order points. - Process Improvement:
Proactively identify, propose, and enhance logistical processes. Provide feedback to the headquarter’s logistics team on how the site’s needs are met and serve as critical input for continuous improvement - Relationship management:
Act as the primary liaison between Anduril and the USAF logisticians on-site.
- 5+ years of experience in a high energy, fast-paced startup, logistics, and/or military environment in a logistics or material management function
- 3+ years of experience executing inventory management and shipping standard practices
- Experience transacting in Inventory Management Systems
- Ability to operate independently, define priorities, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and customer service mentality
- Ability to be onsite, local to the Creech Air Force Base, NV area
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
- BA/BS preferred
- Experience working in the defense/aerospace industry
- Experience working in a USAF or other service aviation element maintenance environment
- Experience handling and shipping hazardous materials
- Active US Secret security clearance
- Familiarity with Jira, Oracle ERP, Odoo WMS, Slack, and MS Office productivity tools

Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers;
and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
US Salary Range
$74,000 — $99,000 USD
