PARS develops metrics‑driven solutions that can integrate any of its services — vehicle driveaway, auto carrier, storage management, license‑titling, reconditioning, detailing, body work, mechanical repair, and general maintenance.
Your RoleThe Logistics Specialist executes customer vehicle relocation orders and supporting business operations. Key activities include customer order management and execution, communication via email and telephone with PARS staff, Independent Contractors (ICs) and pickup/delivery contacts, and maintaining accurate data in our CRM. The position functions during core business hours on-site at the field office.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Manage execution of customer orders:
- Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring customer instructions are followed.
- Ensure orders are efficiently linked and executed.
- Oversee additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling/registration, and storage placement.
- Communicate through email, phone, and CRM with staff, ICs and contacts, escalating issues as needed.
- Update CRM activities and notes promptly, including uploading photos and documents.
- Create tasks and maintain accurate time‑sensitive notes.
- Ensure compliance with PARS policies and procedures.
- Adhere to DOT regulations and federal, state, and local laws.
- In manager’s absence or by manager’s direction calculate and offer flat fees on orders, emailing the bid sheet to all ICs.
- Manage storage facility (where applicable):
- Track vehicle movements in and out of the storage facility using VIN and order verification.
- Check vehicles in and out:
- Review vehicles, noting damage and issues.
- Inventory items left in vehicles.
- Move vehicles in and out of lot:
- Park vehicles into secure lot when drivers drop them off.
- Stage vehicles for pickup by drivers.
- Inventory:
- Account for all cars on the lot.
- Ensure vehicles start and report issues to HQ before reactivation.

- Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to park a vehicle into a tight spot.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of logistics experience focused on inventory movement from origin to destination or a related discipline.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced office while multi‑tasking and being detail‑oriented.
- Skillful in communicating accurate information verbally and in writing.
- Manage several concurrent projects with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Enjoy being part of a cooperative and considerate team.
- Pay: $18/hr with opportunities for advancement.
