Forklift Operator

Overview

We are searching for a motivated, detail-oriented Forklift Operator with strong forklift operation and delivery experience. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations and timely client deliveries while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position pays $20 to $21 per hour.

• Operate sit-down forklift and perform daily safety checks.
• Load, secure, and deliver shipments using a 26 ft. truck with liftgate.
• Operate a stand-up reach truck.
• Execute core warehouse tasks: receiving, storing, picking, packing.
• Stage, label, and prepare shipments; print and apply labels as needed.
• Monitor and maintain fuel levels for forklift and truck.
• Supervise warehouse support staff and manage workloads.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Comply with all safety procedures and company standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and periodic reviews.
• Report activities to Operations Manager and document deliveries.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of forklift experience within the last 6 months.
• Local candidate with valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Valid forklift certification (sit-down forklift).
• Experience driving 26 ft. truck and using liftgate.
• Experience operating a stand-up reach truck.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
