* Meets Guests at designated locations.

* Coordinates/Communicates with the Transportation Team all guests that need to be picked up or taken back to their resort.

* Walk guests to and from the sales centers.

* Maintain a courteous, smiling personality at all times while following the Hilton culture.

* Checks and corrects manifested tours daily for accurate transportation pick-up.

* Keeps track of daily gas receipts.

* Ensure timely transportation pickups are communicated.

* Greet customers, vendors, guests and team members in a manner in which will promote the highest level of customer service.

* Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
