Overview

OTR Team CDL-A Truck Driver – 80 CPM (Team Split) - 65 CPM OTR Solo – No Touch Freight

This is a TEAM or SOLO driving position.

• Stable Forward Air contractor freight with consistent miles

Pay: $0.80 per mile (team split) – each driver is paid for half the miles driven. Example: 1,000 team miles = 500 miles paid per driver at $0.80 per mile.

Pay: $0.65 per mile if OTR Solo

• Drive OTR truckload routes as part of a CDL-A team
• Safely operate tractor-trailers over long-haul routes across the U.S.
• Deliver freight on time and in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and complete pre- and post-trip inspections
• Communicate effectively with dispatch for smooth trip planning

• Valid CDL-A license
• 12+ months of recent tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years (or 5 years in the last 10 years)
• Strong safety record with no major violations
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting 50 lbs occasionally
• Team-player attitude and commitment to safety
