- Lift and carry 75+ lbs throughout the day
- Divert materials for donation, recycling, or proper disposal
- Stay in contact with dispatch to keep routes efficient
- 21+ years old with a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Comfortable with physical labor and full shifts
- Strong communication skills and a helpful mindset
- Dependable, punctual, trainable, and team-oriented
- Available to work at least one weekend day
- Smartphone capable of downloading required apps
