Fleet Rental Operations Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Rental Operations Leader to oversee and elevate our rental fleet strategy and day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing fleet utilization, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, analytical expertise, and deep knowledge of transportation and fleet management within a fast-paced environment.

• Lead all aspects of rental fleet operations, including dispatch, scheduling, maintenance, and vehicle availability
• Optimize fleet utilization and logistics through data analysis, performance tracking, and process improvements
• Leverage TMS, telematics, and GPS systems to monitor performance and enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee vehicle shipping, receiving, and turnover processes to ensure timely service delivery
• Establish and track KPIs to measure operational success and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability and strong communication
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to align fleet operations with business needs
• Ensure a high standard of customer service by maintaining reliability and responsiveness across all fleet functions

• Proven experience in fleet operations, transportation, or logistics (rental or mobility industry strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and scaling operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
• Experience with transportation systems (TMS), telematics, and fleet optimization tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
