Distribution Specialist I - Vegas

Job Description

• Must be proficient in the operation of an Powered Industrial Truck and/or pallet jack according to operating standards
• Must follow all safety guidelines for safe operations of PIT and wear proper PPE while driving PIT
• Complete daily operational checklist, report all mechanical issues to your supervisor or maintenance
• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct quantity and type of product is selected from the correct location. Report all picking and/or rewarehouse inconsistencies to the department supervisor
• Accurately conduct location counts
• Must maintain a minimum of 95% or higher productivity rate
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly assigned work area
• Comply with all OSHA standards and facility safety rules
• Conduct behavior that reflects a safe working attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred but not required
• Good math, language, and reading skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs safely
• Good eye/hand coordination and good motor skills
• Satisfactorily pass in‑house forklift driver training program and demonstrated safe handling of a reach truck and/or order picker forklift
