The Retail Home Delivery Driver supports retail operations by safely, accurately, and efficiently delivering cannabis products to customers in accordance with company policies and Nevada cannabis regulations. This customer-facing role is responsible for timely order fulfillment, accurate documentation, inventory control, cash handling, and strict adherence to delivery, security, and safety requirements.

• Delivercannabisproductstocustomers’residencesincompliancewithapplicablelaws,company policies,anddeliveryprotocols.
• Accurately prepare, transport, and deliver customer orders to ensure correct and timely fulfillment.
• Ensureaccuracyoftransaction,delivery,andinventorydataenteredintorequiredsystems.
• Followpropercashhandlingproceduresduringdeliverytransactions.
• Maintainaccurateinventorycountswhencompilingandreconcilingdeliveryorders.
• Safelyoperateapprovedcompanyvehiclesfordeliverypurposes.
• Conductbasicpre-andpost-tripvehicleinspectionsandpromptlyreportvehicleissues.
• Followassigneddeliveryroutes,schedules,andtimerequirements.
• Complywithcompanypoliciesregardingauthorizedstopsanddeliveryconduct.
• Maintaincustomerandpatientconfidentialityinaccordancewithapplicableprivacyandsecurityrequirements.
• Promptlyreportsecurity,safety,compliance,vehicle,ordeliveryincidents.
• Maintaincleanlinessandorganizationofdeliveryvehicles,inventory areas,and delivery-relatedworkspaces.
• Maintain open,professionalcommunicationwithmanagementandcoworkers.
• Providesupporttoretailanddeliverymanagementtoensureefficientoperations.
• Performotherdutiesasassigned.

• Uses a personal cellular device, in accordance with company policy, to perform job duties using required applications, including but not limited to:
  Samsara, Fleetio, On Fleet
