We are looking for Hawker 800/900 XP Type-rated pilots who:- Fly safely, act responsibly, and demonstrate high ethical standards for doing what's right. Must reside within 1-hour of the Harry Reid International Airport or be willing to relocate.
- Command and operate Hawker 800/900 XP aircraft during all phases of flight in compliance with ICAO standards, FAR Part 91, FAR Part 135, and FAR Part 121 regulations.
- Lead flight planning, including route selection, fuel management, and adherence to instrument flight rules (IFR) under diverse weather conditions.
- Ensure all flight operations meet safety protocols and regulatory requirements while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control using ICAO standards and ensure clear coordination with crew members and ground staff.
- Manage team members involved in flight operations, including co-pilots and cabin crew, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety and service excellence.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings covering aircraft systems, weather conditions, emergency procedures, and customer expectations.
- Maintain meticulous records of all flights, including logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation in accordance with aviation standards.

- Must be flexible to adapt to ever-changing flight schedules and delays
- Passengers bring baggage and cargo of various sizes that the crew will handle
- Must be able to bend, stretch, and lift
- HS-125 PIC Type rating highly preferred
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, Current First Class Medical, and FCC Radio License
- 3000 hours Total Time
- 2000 hours PIC Time
- 1000 hours Turbine PIC Time (Jet-PIC time preferred)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid and unrestricted Passport and Driver's License
Previous experience in Corporate or Charter aviation is highly preferred. College degree valued. As all of our pilots are based in Las Vegas, potential candidates must be willing to relocate or commute on their own from a reasonable distance.
Schedule- Flexible Monthly Bid Request with 13 scheduled days off for PICs and SICs. Your work month can be scheduled in several combinations to achieve your 13 hard day pff a month schedule.
