The Role:
Logistics Operator
This role supports daily warehouse and logistics operations at the Las Vegas campus. You are responsible for receiving, storing, transacting, and delivering materials that support mission‑critical data center operations. The role requires strong organization, safe equipment operation, and consistent follow‑through in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll DoReceive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
Pick, package, label, and deliver inventory and non‑inventory items to internal teams.
Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation.
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
Process returned equipment from customers and internal departments.
Prepare shipments using approved carriers such as Fed Ex and UPS.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist with warehouse build‑out, storage organization, and material staging.
Coordinate with Procurement to resolve shipment discrepancies.
Assist vendors and internal teams with inventory searches.
Assemble kits and staged materials for build teams.
Track and manage tool check‑in and check‑out for DCO teams.
Perform daily warehouse walkthroughs to ensure operational readiness.
Operate forklifts and company vehicles, including trucks with attached trailers, as needed.
Support facility opening and closing procedures when assigned.
Manage recycling and disposal of warehouse materials including cardboard, scrap metal, and related materials.

Safe work practices and adherence to warehouse procedures.
Ability to manage multiple material requests simultaneously.
Clear communication with internal teams and vendors.
Willingness to support operational needs as priorities shift.
What You’ll BringPrevious warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Comfort operating vehicles with attached trailers up to 20 feet in length.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and perform physical warehouse tasks including standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment.
