The Role:

Logistics Operator

This role supports daily warehouse and logistics operations at the Las Vegas campus. You are responsible for receiving, storing, transacting, and delivering materials that support mission-critical data center operations. The role requires strong organization, safe equipment operation, and consistent follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

* Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.

* Pick, package, label, and deliver inventory and non-inventory items to internal teams.

* Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation.

* Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.

* Process returned equipment from customers and internal departments.

* Prepare shipments using approved carriers such as Fed Ex and UPS.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

* Assist with warehouse build-out, storage organization, and material staging.

* Coordinate with Procurement to resolve shipment discrepancies.

* Assist vendors and internal teams with inventory searches.

* Assemble kits and staged materials for build teams.

* Track and manage tool check-in and check-out for DCO teams.

* Perform daily warehouse walkthroughs to ensure operational readiness.

* Operate forklifts and company vehicles, including trucks with attached trailers, as needed.

* Support facility opening and closing procedures when assigned.

* Manage recycling and disposal of warehouse materials including cardboard, scrap metal, and related materials.

* Strong attention to detail in inventory handling and documentation.

* Safe work practices and adherence to warehouse procedures.

* Ability to manage multiple material requests simultaneously.

* Clear communication with internal teams and vendors.

* Willingness to support operational needs as priorities shift.

What Youll Bring

* Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.

* Valid drivers license and safe driving record.

* Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.

* Comfort operating vehicles with attached trailers up to 20 feet in length.

* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

* Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and perform physical warehouse tasks including standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment.
