Job Summary
Vibee is looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations. The role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and involves collaborating daily with warehouse staff, office personnel, and management teams. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who enjoys music and thrives in a high‑volume, on‑hand environment.
Work EnvironmentThe role requires tolerance of loud noise levels and busy environments. Workers may be exposed to extreme temperatures and may need to travel to events on holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities- Facilitate and sort emails by monitoring the shared inbox, prioritizing messages, and routing them to the appropriate team members.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the warehouse management team.
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper placement of items.
- Drive flatbed or pickup trucks with designated loads to and from the warehouse and event sites.
- Assist the team with maintaining and tracking inventory.
- Sort and cycle merchandise to maintain quality and prepare items for timely event distribution.
- Undertake special projects as requested.
- Operate forklift and pallet jack.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse and administrative roles.
- Proficient troubleshooting mobile device issues and comfort with Mac and PC platforms.
- Certified to operate heavy machinery and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Logical, efficient problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly motivated with a positive, "everything is possible" attitude.
- Experience working prolonged periods at a desk and standing in the warehouse.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
