Outbound Clerk; 1st Shift

• Help prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLs, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• Communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• Perform data entry into a warehouse management system and file documents and forms.
• Occasionally be on the warehouse floor and work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (only when certified by Arvato).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Excel – intermediate level.
• Previous experience in operations of warehousing and shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to commute daily to 6200 N. Range Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89115.
• Shift hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm PST.

• The pay rate for Las Vegas, NV: $19.00 per hour.
