Position OverviewBodaq is seeking a hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping operations, and warehouse organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and ensuring that every order is shipped accurately and on time.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our growing dealer network, customers, and sales team by managing inventory, preparing shipments, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
Sample & Material Preparation- Cut architectural film samples according to company standards.
- Cut customer film orders and prepare materials for shipment.
- Maintain sample inventory and prepare sample requests for customers, dealers, architects, and designers.
- Verify order accuracy prior to shipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Identify low stock levels and proactively notify management.
- Coordinate replenishment orders with suppliers and distributors.
- Track inventory movement and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain warehouse organization and storage efficiency.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure products are stored properly and handled with care.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as required.
- Maintain shipping, inventory, and fulfillment records.
- Prepare inventory and logistics reports for management.
- Support the sales team with order status updates and inventory availability.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, shipping, or fulfillment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with shipping software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift and move packages and materials as needed.
- $45,000 – $60,000 annual salary, based on experience.
