Half Price Flooring is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store products in the warehouse according to company procedures.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (if certified).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to comply with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and management to fulfill orders and improve processes.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if needed.

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of inventory management software or systems.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Previous experience in a retail or flooring industry is a plus.
