Position Overview

Material Handler – Full Time – Solutions Division (USA – McCarran, Reno)

The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This role also includes counting and inspecting product and reporting damages or discrepancies to leadership. Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and for completing assigned duties according to company policies.

• Picking:
  Use pallet jack to accurately pick orders, efficiently and accurately pick products, stage them in the appropriate areas, and package, band, shrink wrap, and label products as required by client specifications.
• Quality Control:
  Verify that all products and orders meet quality standards, report damages or discrepancies, and ensure proper packaging, shrink‑wrapping, and labeling per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance:
  Execute all safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly work area, assist in warehouse security, and comply with all safety rules, OSHA/SDS standards, and site‑specific policies.
• Equipment Operation:
  Operate pallet jack and other equipment safely and efficiently, maintain equipment, and report any equipment problems.
• Maintenance:
  Assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
• Other Duties:
  Work overtime as required by business needs and perform any additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months (mild to moderate).
