Warehouse Associate – Las Vegas What You’ll DoYou’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. You will work in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your work includes receiving goods, staging inventory, and shipping orders on time.
Responsibilities- Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift certification required).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
- Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
- Follow QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
Specific Duties
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
- Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation.
- Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments.

- Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products.
- Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.
- Forklift certification and at least 6 months of safe operation experience preferred.
- Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
- Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.
- Use a voice‑directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders.
- Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer: –5°F to 38°F).
- Primarily a 4‑day work week.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
