Job Overview

Komatsu is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Shipping Receiving Clerk position at our branch operations in Las Vegas, NV. The Shipping Receiving Clerk is responsible for all shipments inbound and outbound, loading and off‑loading, restocking, picking and staging of all parts and components materials within the warehouse and the overall appearance while providing professional quality customer service to all internal and external customers.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Ability to understand and follow work instructions, policies, and procedures
  • Pick and package parts and components from stock.
  • Inspect incoming shipments identify receiving discrepancies.
  • Receive stock orders and ensure all items are stocked in the assigned locations
  • Perform weekly cycle count and bin audits
  • Fulfill service orders, will call orders and intercompany transfers
  • Perform timely and accurate completion of paperwork and transaction entries
  • Assist customers and Parts representatives as needed.
  • Ability to operate a forklift in a fast‑paced warehouse.
  • Maintain warehouse shipping and receiving areas clean at all times.
  • Loading and unloading machinery parts and components.
  • Ability to work under different conditions wet, humid, cold or hot.
  • Perform various warehouse functions
  • Perform additional tasks as required
  • Proper PPE must always be worn during shift
  • Ability to always adhere to company safety policies
Qualifications/Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Forklift and warehouse experience
  • Language

    Skills:

    Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
  • Mathematical

    Skills:

    ability to compute and calculate basic math, including ratios and percentages

    Knowledge of database software, Internet software, manufacturing software and order processing systems, CDK or SAP experience a plus.

Hiring Range

At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $$23.77 - $32.17. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
