Overview

Shift 5 day work week, schedule set at time of hire. Typical shift start: 6:30pm – finish. This is a direct hire position with Capstone Logistics. We offer 401k, PTO, Health Benefits, and weekly pay every Friday.

$780 - $925 / Weekly

• Our Warehouse Associates palletize cases, wrap with Pallet Wrappers, and move pallets with EPJ throughout the warehouse.
• You will learn all aspects of unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams under supervision of site leadership.
• Handle the movement of pallets and on and off trailers and other vehicles using manual equipment or site equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Maintain a safe and productive environment to exceed customer expectations.
• Carry out duties in accordance with Capstone management and customer requirements, meeting company standards and timelines.

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout shift.
• Contribute to a safe work environment and communicate conditions, accomplishments, and concerns to Site Supervisor and Manager.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
