Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last-mile distribution company that provides tailored solutions for a select group of food service industry customers. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD serves thousands of restaurants nationwide, delivering more than 37,000 orders each week from 25 strategically located distribution centers. You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment. Your work will cover receiving goods, staging inventory, and shipping orders on time while maintaining accuracy, teamwork, and safety standards.

• Safely operate material‑handling equipment (pallet jacks and forklifts; forklift certification required).
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely; secure pallets for shipment; verify shipping documentation.
• Assist dock operations by staging and organizing shipments.
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products.

• Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.
• Forklift certification and at least 6 months of safe operation experience preferred (for lifters).
• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation, strong reading/math skills, and experience with a voice‑directed picking system for selectors.

• Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer –5°F to 38°F).
• Primarily a 4‑day work week.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Physically active role that involves repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
