Position Responsibilities
  • The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse.
  • Ensures orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
  • Staffs, schedules, trains, evaluates, and develops warehouse team members.
  • Oversees warehouse productivity by ensuring customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized.
  • Allocates necessary space for stock rotation, maintains appropriate inventory levels, and implements product loss controls.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required

Education and Experience
  • Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience; or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experience.
Preferred

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree.
