Outbound Clerk; 1st shift

Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge warehouse equipment and collaborate with various teams across the organisation.

• Help prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLs, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• Communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department, and also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• Perform data entry into a warehouse management system and file documents and forms.
• Occasionally be out on the warehouse floor and work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (only when certified by Arvato).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Previous experience in operations of warehousing and shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to commute daily to 6200 N. Range Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89115.
• Shift hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm PST.

• Pay rate for Las Vegas, NV: $19.00 per hour.
