Role Description The Warehouse Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and storing construction materials and supplies in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness of storage areas. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with packing and staging materials for job sites, maintaining inventory, and performing regular stock checks. The Warehouse Assistant may operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, support deliveries and pickups, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
The role also involves basic customer service, such as interacting with internal staff, vendors, and drivers in a professional and helpful manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform Packing and material staging tasks efficiently and safely.
- Experience with Inventory Control and Inventory Management to track and organize materials.
- Skill in safe Forklift Operation and use of other warehouse equipment (training or certification preferred).
- Strong Customer Service skills for interacting with internal teams, vendors, and delivery personnel.
- Basic computer skills for using inventory systems and completing documentation.
- Ability to lift and move materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
- Previous experience in construction, logistics, or warehouse operations is beneficial but not required.
