Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for executing key Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control and general replenishment and warehousing duties/tasks at The Coca‑Cola Store and Store Support Center Warehouse. The Warehouse receiver/driver position is responsible for performing general replenishment and warehousing duties to support The Coca‑Cola Store Las Vegas, including loading, delivering, unloading, order fulfillment, verifying/documenting receipts and shipments, inspecting orders, operating stand‑up forklifts, operating box trucks, inventory control and reconciliation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
- Familiarity with basic replenishment and warehousing operations.
- Accurately processes paperwork, maintains data integrity on a micro level, and participates in the material ticketing process.
- Accurately follows the MOS process and the RTV process.
- Communicates shortages/out‑of‑stocks to planners and retail operations.
- Accurately utilizes the KWI operation system.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, primarily with weekends and rotational schedules when required.
- Supports and participates in all areas demonstrating good company stewardship.
- Works productively with little supervision.
- Participates in the Daily Work Prioritization for the Support Center Team.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
- Operates company computers and appropriate software.
- Provides support and communication/interaction with the Retail Store at The Coca‑Cola Store (retail material, supplies, etc.), and moves additional material as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency required.
- Certified forklift driver and/or at least three years of experience operating forklifts.
- Truck operator with experience operating a 20ft+ Box Truck with lift gate.
- Must be able to pass a DMV background check annually.
Skills and Abilities
- Interacts and communicates effectively with others within the Retail Team and all other support staff and business contacts.
- Capable of heavy repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Operates PC or main computers and utilizes business‑related programs for inventory control and receiving, with basic understanding of Word and Excel.
- Familiar with and capable of operating warehouse and delivery equipment.
- Operates in a warehouse environment including extremes of heat, cold and height.
- Understands basic replenishment and warehouse operations functions.
- Aware of KO safety policies and procedures; identifies and reports safety hazards, safe operation of company vehicles, proper PPE, and safe operation of industrial equipment.
- Adapts to changing work practices, priorities or procedures, or reschedules activities in response to changing conditions or multiple work demands.
- Works well with individuals in other groups, cooperates with others, offers help when needed, and fosters a team climate.
- Available to work weekend schedules when required.

- Electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack
- Forklift equipment for blocking and bracing material during transport
- Ladders, dock leveler, hand truck, flat‑bed cart
- Tape gun, glue gun, box cutter, shrink‑wrap machine
Frequent stooping, standing, walking, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, lifting and repetitive motions. Frequently lifts materials/merchandise or equipment up to 50 lbs. Exposure to heat, cold and rain.
Pay RangeUnited States of America:
35,902 USD - 41,031 USD (Base pay may vary based on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.)
