Outbound Warehouse Associate; 1st shift

Warehouse Associate

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to assemble components, handle materials, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. You’ll maintain quality standards, keep a safe and organized workspace, and work closely with management and production staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Assemble components according to the pick/pack list
• Follow company‑established procedures
• Coordinate with management to ensure an accurate, timely, and satisfying order experience for all accounts
• Perform material handling tasks such as constructing shipping cartons, wrapping, and palletizing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Ensure a high level of quality control at all steps
• Maintain inspection documentation
• Order and proof reprints of books, letters, and other fulfillment materials printed by POD
• Learn and understand multiple computer systems quickly
• Lift up to 15 lbs
• Report equipment malfunctions to Lead or Manager
• Collaborate with other production staff to ensure a smooth flow of products
• Work with the Fulfillment Manager to maintain quality standards
• Adhere to the company’s Quality Policy Statement and participate in the Quality Management System
• Pick orders using the scanner

• Good flexibility and ability to stand for long periods
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
• Good hand and eye coordination with frequent repetitive motion
• Fast and accurate work style
• Basic math and counting skills
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• At least one year of experience in process assembly

  Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. PST
