The Rental Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, value-added services, and dispatch of a variety of be Matrix products for the rental department. Ensuring that productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

• Maintain warehouse space in compliance with company policies and vision.
• Control and manage inventory.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work area as well as assist with warehouse cleaning and organization.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job.
• Stack, pack, label and assist with shipping of completed orders.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products.
• Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.
• Check and record completed projects for quality; ensuring that expectations were met or exceeded.
• Provide accurate information and reports as needed by supervisor/team leader.

• 2-3 years of warehouse material handling experience.
• Experience using an ERP system such as Business Central is a plus.
• Highly organized, able to manage priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to conduct self-according to be Matrix’s operating values, which include operating with honesty and integrity, and in a spirit of teamwork and respect.
• Monday to Friday:
  Hours 7:00am-4:00pm with OT as needed.
