About the Role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of warehouse operations, ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

This position provides leadership for daily warehouse operations while promoting a culture of Safety, Accountability, Quality, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement.

As the site's SQF Practitioner
, this individual will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and operational excellence.

What You'll Do Lead Warehouse Operations
  • Manage all daily warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve service, quality, and operational performance.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and budgets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products.
Champion Safety
  • Promote and maintain a strong culture of workplace safety.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, SQF, AIB, HACCP, GMP, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Lead warehouse safety initiatives and ensure employees receive required safety training.
  • Maintain warehouse sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Build High-Performing Teams
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
  • Create employee work schedules that support business needs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings focused on safety, productivity, food safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster an environment built on accountability, collaboration, and respect.
Manage Equipment & Facilities
  • Oversee warehouse equipment performance and maintenance.
  • Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor warehouse capacity and operational readiness.
Drive Customer & Business Success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain operational reports and support financial objectives.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3–5 years of warehouse or manufacturing leadership experience

OR

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Bachelor's Degree preferred
