Position: Warehouse / Equipment Specialist at HYPERVSN

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Equipment Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage high-tech equipment, and provide logistical support for events and client projects on-site. This role combines inventory management, technical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and occasional business travel to ensure smooth execution of customer deployments and live events.

The role starts as a part‑time position during the probation period (20 hours per week) and is expected to transition into a full‑time role after successful onboarding and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, prepare, test, and troubleshoot 3D holographic devices and related equipment.
  • Manage warehouse inventory, monitor stock levels, organize stored equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Prepare, pack, receive, track, and allocate equipment for customer orders, projects, and events.
  • Inspect returned equipment, identify defects, and coordinate necessary repairs or replacement.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance, quality inspections, and minor accessory repairs when possible.
  • Conduct quality control of accessories received from production and prepare accessory kits according to BOM requirements.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including courier deliveries and returns.
  • Support client projects and live events through equipment preparation, logistics coordination, and occasional on‑site assistance.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of valuable technical equipment.

This position begins as a part‑time contractor role (20 hours per week) during the onboarding and probation period, with a planned transition to a full‑time position based on business needs and successful performance.

During the probation period, the expected schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
. The role is compensated on an hourly basis, with occasional travel required for event and client support.
