We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. A minimum of two years management experience is required. You will oversee all warehouse operations and ensure receiving, distribution, and storage all run smoothly and efficiently. You must also be willing and able to work on heavy orders, loading, and use required equipment. Responsibilities include ensuring that inventory is correct and organized, orders are processed accurately, shipments are processed quickly and correctly, and invoices are error-free.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and has experience in warehouse operations or logistics. You must have a forklift license and be able to operate all required warehouse equipment safely.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including large equipment
• Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are satisfied
• Provide quality customer service
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse employees
• Create work schedules
• Manage stock from receiving to pickups and deliveries
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and safety regulations
• Educate employees on safety guidelines and reduce on-the-job accidents and injuries
• Communicate with vendors, clients, employees, and company leadership to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesively

• High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree preferred
• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics necessary - minimum of two years
• Excellent leadership skills
• Familiarity with state and federal safety regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills
