Inventory Control Specialist

• Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory transactions
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and balance variances
• Coordinate daily cycle counts and support physical inventory activities
• Analyze count variances and identify root causes
• Monitor inventory levels aging inventory and potential obsolescence risks
• Establish and maintain safety stock levels using historical demand data
• Create and maintain inventory items bills of material and related records in JD Edwards
• Generate inventory reports and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions
• Create and maintain purchase requisitions and work orders
• Process inventory issues returns and work order transactions
• Add new inventory items and maintain inventory labeling and location records
• Pull issue receive stock and organize inventory materials
• Support IT asset management activities both physical and system based
• Assist with e waste tracking and reporting
• Support Power Apps administration and inventory related projects
• Recommend process improvements that increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
• Follow warehouse safety requirements and use required personal protective equipment

• Communicates clearly and shares information needed for good decisions

• Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Required 3 years of inventory control inventory management warehouse operations or related experience
• Experience maintaining inventory records and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Experience performing inventory counts reconciliations and variance analysis
• Strong analytical organizational and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited day to day supervision
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and work in a warehouse environment
• Preferred Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems
• Experience creating and maintaining bills of material
• APICS certification
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education training and experience
