Location:
Las Vegas, NV, 89115
Pay: $20.00 Hourly (Weekly Pay)
Shift: 1st, 7:30am-4pm
Position Summary:The Logistics Clerk is responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound logistics at the site level, ensuring accurate tracking, truck scheduling, and system updates. This role supports efficient warehouse operations and communication between internal teams and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound truck schedules
- Track arrival/departure times and monitor delays
- Verify BOL, pallet counts, and material types
- Communicate with warehouse teams, logistics, and carriers
- Escalate issues such as delays, no-shows, and discrepancies
- Schedule adherence
- Load tracking accuracy
- Reduction in detention and TONU
Required:
- 1–3 years of logistics/warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with WMS/TMS systems
- Experience managing or adhering to truck schedules
- E-Verify
