Accounting Manager

Randstad is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead daily financial operations and drive process efficiencies. Working closely with the Controller, this role handles core accounting functions, month-end closes, audit preparation, and team supervision.

• Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000/year + competitive benefits package
• Work Environment: In-office schedule, work-life balance (40 - 45 hours)
• Leadership: Supervise and direct a 5-person accounting team (prior supervisory or team-lead experience)

• Financial Reporting & Close: Assist with managing month-end procedures, review packages, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and verify General Ledger accuracy.
• Analysis & Audits: Analyze P&L statements, Cap Ex, metrics, and support annual audits.
• Team Leadership & Oversight: Supervise staff, lead monthly reviews with division leaders, and handle ad-hoc reporting projects.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate financial workflows to boost operational efficiency and accuracy.

• Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of full-cycle accounting and advanced Excel skills.
