Randstad has partnered with a corporate office in the Summerlin area, to find a CPA or CPA candidate for a Senior Accountant opening. Following an internal promotion, our client is looking for a driven professional to manage financial statements across a dynamic multi-entity portfolio. Responsibilities:- Full-cycle accounting, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation for complex entities, including LLCs, trusts, partnerships, and foundations.
- Monitor performance, valuation updates, capital calls, and distributions across diverse portfolios, including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and real estate.
- Track daily cash positions and build rolling forecasts to support capital calls, tax obligations, construction projects, and high-value capital expenditures.
- Manage multi-entity financial structures by executing intercompany billings, funds transfers, expense allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Aggregate, structure, and analyze complex financial data packages to streamline tax preparation, compliance reporting, and external CPA support.
- Develop annual operating budgets, long-term cash flow models, and specialized ad-hoc financial reporting to inform executive decision-making.
- Establish and enforce robust internal controls, formal accounting procedures, corporate contract management, and organized audit trails.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA (active, eligible, or in progress) strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive Accounting experience, navigating complex, multi-entity structures, including intercompany billings, transfers, and allocations.
- Proven ability to compile organized, accurate financial data packages for external CPAs and leadership.
- Flexible, "wear-many-hats" mindset with strong skills in ad-hoc analysis and translating complex financial metrics into strategic guidance.
CPA or CPA candidate, strong accounting skills, experience with complex financial data.
Pay range and compensation package- Starting salary $90,000 - $115,000+, plus a bonus.
