Job DescriptionThe incumbent in this position will assist with all aspects of the administrative processes of the Farmington Center. Individuals will answer telephone & take messages; accurately & effectively respond to inquiries both in person and on the telephone; provideclerical support to office staff; greet visitors; provide basic information to visitors.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled as a student at NMHU with goodacademic standing.
- Must be classified as a sophomore, junior, senior orhigher.
- Must be enrolled with a minimum of six (6) credit hours.
- Successfully completed one semester at NMHU.
- Some administrative/clerical experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in aprofessional office environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow university policies and procedures.
