Layton Construction is seeking a Superintendent to manage daily site operations, including scheduling, production, procurement, manpower, equipment, quality, and safety. You will supervise direct labor and coordinate subcontractors to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
You’ll work with the Project Manager to plan look-ahead schedules, review contract documents, and implement safety and quality procedures across the site. Experience on ground-up commercial projects is required.
