• Lead all Las Vegas field operations.
• Manage and mentor multiple Superintendents and field teams.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and project resources across multiple projects.
• Drive safety, quality, production, and schedule performance.
• Partner with executive leadership to support continued growth.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Proven success leading multiple Superintendents and large field operations.
• Strong experience with:
• Earthwork
• Excavation
• Underground Utilities
• Water & Wastewater
• Sewer
• Wet & Dry Utilities
• Gas Utilities
• Excellent planning, leadership, and resource management skills.
• Experience with HCSS and Heavy Job is a plus.

• Annual Performance Bonus:
  Up to 20%
• Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance + Gas Card
• 401(k) with 100% Company Match up to 6%
• Annual Profit Sharing (Company Contribution Equal to 6% of Salary)
