Architectural Technologist in Las Vegas, USA

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Las Vegas This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month The ideal candidate must have previous experience in architectural technology and must be able to work independently As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for creating and implementing design solutions producing detailed drawings and working closely with architects and engineers A strong understanding of building codes and regulations is required for this role This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on diverse projects and has a passion for architecture

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
• Create detailed drawings using CAD software
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
• Communicate effectively with clients contractors and other team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Excellent understanding of building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
