As a Preservation Architect you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in Las Vegas USA Your main duties will include conducting research assessing the condition of buildings developing preservation plans and overseeing restoration projects You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the preservation work aligns with their vision To excel in this role you must have a degree in architecture or a related field as well as at least 3 years of experience working on preservation projects You should also have a strong understanding of historic building materials and techniques as well as knowledge of local building codes and regulations Your communication skills are crucial in this role as you will be collaborating with clients contractors and other professionals involved in the restoration process You should also have strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously This is a full-time job that offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month We also provide free visa and ticket for international candidates This opportunity is open to students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in preservation architecture Dont let language barriers hold you back - English proficiency is not required for this position Join our team today and help preserve the rich history of Las Vegas
