Architecture Manager - Las Vegas

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in the city. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of architectural principles and construction processes.

• Manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
• Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality designs and timely project delivery
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure their satisfaction
• Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in line with plans and specifications
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• At least 5 years of experience as an Architect or Project Manager within the construction industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or other design software
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Las Vegas preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation can be provided for out-of-state candidates. This job is suitable for both men and women who are passionate about architecture and have a strong work ethic.
