Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with senior designers and architects.

• Assist in the creation of design concepts and presentation materials
• Prepare detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure designs meet client requirements
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and potential issues
• Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques for project feasibility
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project details

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• A passion for architecture and design

This position offers a salary of $1300 per month.
