Architectural Technologist - Position in Las Vegas; Indian

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in Las Vegas.

• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other design software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications
• Assist with project management tasks such as conducting site visits, coordinating with clients and managing timelines
• Conduct research on building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with all necessary standards
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients or regulatory bodies
• Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor needed for projects
• Maintain accurate documentation of all design plans, revisions and project progress

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively

This is a contract position that may lead to permanent employment for the right candidate. As part of the contract we offer accommodation for the duration of the project. Indian candidates who are willing to relocate to Las Vegas are preferred.
