Job Description:
The Rotating Engineer – Onshore Reliability will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and reliability of rotating equipment in onshore oil & gas and refinery facilities. The role involves monitoring equipment condition, implementing reliability improvement strategies, and supporting maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure reliable operation and optimal performance of rotating equipment including gas turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for rotating machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance and analyze reliability data to minimize downtime and operational risks.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for rotating equipment failures.
- Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for rotating equipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety procedures, and company maintenance policies.
- Participate in inspection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance planning for rotating equipment.
