Target Pay

Axos Bank Target Range: $22.00/Hr.

- $24.00/Hr. (Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.) Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Axos is seeking a Credit Operations Analyst who will support all aspects of Credit Operations including audit remediation, process analysis, and operational readiness. Identify areas of opportunity and enhance operational performance.

• Perform operations analysis and audit remediation.
• Complete projects and process improvement as directed.
• Evaluate and develop process and management controls.
• Assist in quarterly reporting and support routine business functions.
• Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Assist annual Sarbanes‑Oxley recertification.
• Engage in the development of management accountability packet.
• Complete ad‑hoc projects as required.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial finance and credit administration.
